“Kind World Club is devoted to promoting acceptance and inclusion for the Neurodivergent community. We are passionate about sparking meaningful conversations in schools, workplaces, and communities as we work towards a world where everyone has the opportunity to fully participate and thrive.”

Chantal Obeid

Hi there and welcome! We’re a Neurodiverse family in Melbourne, Australia who are committed to advocating the acceptance and inclusion of the Neurodivergent community. Our advocacy work champions acceptance, inclusion, and accessibility for the Neurodivergent community, ensuring equal access to sports, education, employment and support services.

One thing we have learnt on this journey, is how important a sense of belonging and community is for our mental health and wellbeing. To share this journey with families who are also experiencing life through a Neurodivergent lens, helps us to feel seen, understood and celebrated, just as we are.

We also know how difficult it can be to find community so we decided to do something about that! At Kind World Club, we are dedicated to hosting small events for Neurodivergent children and their families so that we can connect and try new things in a safe and supportive environment.

Our goal is to collaborate with numerous sporting and recreation clubs around Victoria to help them develop their inclusion programs and host kind, inclusive events for children to participate in. If you are a business who would like to collaborate and offer opportunities for Neurodivergent families, we welcome you to get in touch.

Our Values

Our goal is to build and nurture an inclusive Neurodiversity Affirming community. This means we see Autism and all forms of Neurodivergence as a valuable, worthy and naturally occurring brain difference. Our groups and events are committed to;

- Being inclusive

- Presuming competence

- Supporting Autistic voices

- Accepting and accommodating difference

- Being accessible

- Using respectful language

- Fostering connection and community

The KWC community is a safe space to be who you are and to make important connections and friends with people who share the same values. At the end of the day, it’s all about uplifting each other and most importantly, our children.
